EHS nutrition support services were developed as a response to our clients’ ongoing confusion about the sea of information they are inundated with on a daily basis. Which strategy works best – low carbs, no carbs, low fat? The bottom line is that ALL DIETS WORK…when you follow them. This doesn’t mean that they are all healthy or sustainable. We will help you understand that our bodies need all macro and micronutrients to function optimally.
Our strategy is simplicity. Choose fresh, unprocessed, & whole foods. Small meals eaten at regular frequent intervals promote a healthy metabolism, consistent energy levels and regularity.
We believe small changes in behavior maintained over long periods of time produce dramatic results. But we also understand that a wedding or Caribbean vacation can be especially motivating. We can help you supercharge your metabolism and get lean FAST for these periodic short term goals.
Most people know what they should and should not eat, but when, why and how much are the details we can help you master. And if you don’t know the difference between a starchy and fibrous carb, we can help with that too.
Our program allows for varying levels of involvement. All new clients begin with a comprehensive lifestyle consultation which includes a macronutrient diet analysis, body composition assessment and circumference measurements. Beyond that, our ongoing support includes: grocery store tours, detailed menu planning, cooking classes and e-mail/phone support with your coach.
