BIO

Keith is a certified Classical Pilates and yoga instructor specializing in highly personalized, one-on-one training that supports strength, mobility, and long-term movement health.

He began his professional career in the U.S. Air Force and later worked as a graphic designer after earning a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Following a diabetes diagnosis in 2004, Keith shifted his focus toward health and wellness, embracing endurance training, including triathlon preparation and completing a Half Ironman, along with cycling and yoga.  This experience led him to pursue formal certification in multiple yoga disciplines, including Ashtanga, power yoga, hot yoga, and yoga for children.

Seeking a more focused and structured approach to strengthening the body and addressing core imbalances, Keith continued his studies in Classical Pilates, completing comprehensive 600-hour certification across mat and all apparatus.

With a background in both yoga and Pilates, Keith brings a precise and thoughtful approach to movement. He works with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from injury or complementing physical therapy to individuals looking to improve strength, coordination, and flexibility. His sessions emphasize quality of movement, consistency, and sustainable progress, helping clients move more efficiently, build lasting strength, and maintain an active lifestyle over time.
