BIO

Dr. Thomas Hobson is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 15 years of experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. His clinical background includes treating acute and chronic injuries, low back pain, arthritis, sports injuries, fractures, and post-operative conditions. Tom takes an individualized approach to care, combining advanced manual therapy techniques with targeted exercise and patient education to help his patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Tom has extensive training in manual and movement-based treatment techniques, including dry needling, Graston Technique, kinesiology taping, functional mobilization, and visceral manipulation. He also has experience treating Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and incorporates principles from yoga, Pilates, and functional movement into his treatment approach when appropriate.

As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Medical and Golf Level 2 provider, Tom has specialized knowledge of the biomechanics of the golf swing and the evaluation and treatment of golf-related injuries. His training allows him to identify physical limitations that may affect swing efficiency, consistency, and performance, making him particularly well suited to working with golfers who want to recover from injury, remain active, or improve their movement on the course.

Outside of the clinic, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing golf, and playing drums in his band.
