BIO
Dr. Pauline Mendoza is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist whose work is driven by a deep passion for education, empowerment, and clinical excellence in pelvic health. She joined Elite Health Services in 2025, bringing more than a decade of diverse experience dedicated to advancing awareness and access to pelvic floor physical therapy across all ages and genders.
Originally from the Philippines, Pauline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila—recognized as a master’s equivalent—and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Arcadia University.
Pauline’s professional mission extends beyond the treatment room. She has led multiple pelvic health education initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between clinical care and community awareness. She creates evidence-based educational materials and clinical tools to support both providers and patients in understanding the complexities of pelvic health, including postpartum recovery, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and sexual health.
A lifelong learner, Pauline continually expands her expertise through advanced pelvic health education and professional development. Her commitment to ongoing learning reflects her goal of delivering the highest standard of care rooted in current research and best practices.
Pauline is known for her compassionate, collaborative approach to care—combining manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement retraining with patient education and empowerment. Her goal is to help each individual restore strength, function, and confidence in their daily life.
Outside of the clinic, Pauline enjoys traveling, watching reality shows, and spending time with her family, husband, and dog, Alba.
