Mary is a dedicated Pilates instructor with over 13 years of experience helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence through mindful movement. She holds two comprehensive 500-hour Pilates certifications, having trained extensively under Juliet Harvey at Beacon Pilates and Kathi Ross Nash through the rigorous PPATT program and takes continuing education courses yearly.

Mary’s journey into Pilates began as a personal mission to manage and alleviate back pain caused by scoliosis. What started as rehabilitation quickly evolved into a lifelong passion and profession. Through consistent practice, she not only transformed her own physical health but also discovered the powerful connection between Pilates and endurance training.

Today, Mary integrates her deep understanding of biomechanics and movement into her work with clients of all levels, from those recovering from injury to athletes seeking peak performance. As an ultramarathon runner, she uses Pilates as a foundational tool to support her training, enhance mobility, and prevent injury—an approach she brings into every session she teaches.
